Your diverse and interesting activities include the following tasks: Ensuring and providing services, cleaning and care, master, winter, gardening and security services Ordering repair measures Monitoring and settlement of contract negotiations for lease, service, maintenance and supply contracts Technical support of the real estate stock Maintenance, testing and maintenance of technical equipment (e.g. heating) Renovation activities (e.g. technical repair after water damage) Cost optimization Insurance management Real estate management Self-fulfilment of correspondence with tenants, owners and external service providers

At least a completed vocational training (handicraft or technical) with multiannual experience in the area mentioned Very good understanding of technology and equipment as well as craftsmanship are prerequisite Organizational, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, cost-oriented Self-employed, structured and timely work High operational readiness, loadability, stress resistance, enforcement capability Discretion and loyalty Enforcement and conviction Good MS Office user knowledge, IT affinity driving licence class B, mobility
