Are you an expert in building equipment? Are you familiar with the common safety regulations? The versatile exchange with people and the varied working day at the construction site are exactly your thing? Then take a look at our offer!

As a construction manager TGA plant construction guide and monitor our construction sites in structures of technical building equipment (heating air-conditioning refrigeration ventilation sanitation). We are looking for someone with willingness to travel for the Stuttgart region.

Controlling and ensuring the installation performance including the management of the assembly personnel, the subcontractors and the foreign companies Guided tours with the client Processing of the entire construction site traffic Measurement and testing in coordination with the project management Implementation, compliance and control of all legal regulations Budget responsibility for the use of materials and the cost control of the construction site Responsibility for compliance with deadlines

Your profile - you should bring:

Training as a plant mechanic, central heating and ventilation manufacturer or comparable training in the field of TGA Advanced training for master or technician HKLS Multiannual experience in technical assembly processing Knowledge gained in the audit, capacity planning and evaluation of construction performance levels As a communicative type, you maintain good dealing with people and are conflictable Their mode of operation is very conscientious and reliable Basic knowledge of the MS Office package and a valid class B licence are available
