Sometimes the management and follow-up of complex and international S&S-obsolescence contracts are under your responsibility, including the German customer relationships and the monitoring of progress. Furthermore, you will guide the implementation of the obsolescence management part of procurement contracts for new helicopters or support contracts for the German fleet in operation. Following tasks await you:

• Management and follow-up of complex and international S&S-obsolescence contracts under your responsibility, including the German customer relations and monitoring of progress
• You conduct the implementation of the Obsolescence Management part of procurement contracts for new helicopters or support contracts for the German fleet in operation
• Implementation of the S&S Obsolescence Management Policy, which includes the definition and implementation of End to End customer-oriented service solutions (German Change Board Member, GE ...)
• Continuous process of obsolescence management processes and tools (definition and implementation of customer-related obso processes and resources, S&S representatives in the obsolescence transformation project,...)
• Representation of S&S in the German OSC Plateau and support of the German OSC regarding the contribution of S&S and escalation
• Coordination solutions within German support programs, German material support, German MRO and Head of Program Support Obsolescence Management
• Obsolescence Case Customer Impact (Business Case, Roadmap, ...) and Priorization / Definition of Obsolescence Solutions for the German programme fleet (Effects: short, medium and long term)

We wish:

• A completed study in project management, engineering, aerospace, international management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the areas of customer service, project management, project management, supply chain / logistics, contract management, and configuration management
• Representative team, negotiation, coordination and communication skills, as well as a high degree of autonomy, responsiveness, openness, creativity, and positive energy
• German and English knowledge (French of advantage)
