Your tasks:

• Further development and implementation of the company-wide lean strategy with focus on digitalization and industry 4.0
• Analysis and evaluation of supply chain processes for identifying optimization potentials
• Investigation of manufacturing process chains for the determination and realization of possibilities for improvement
• Implementation and monitoring of optimization measures and progress control
• Creation of reports and presentations for management
• Support for Lean initiatives and change processes
• Implementation of training courses for employees from different fields

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Complete study of economic engineering, mechanical engineering or logistics
• First professional experience in Lean Management and SCM
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
