Guide our professional paint shop team in Hemau near Regensburg and ensure the smooth processing of our Autohero production department’s premium vehicles. This department is responsible for and ensures the top quality of our Autohero stock. Development of training documents for body builders, trainees and skilled workers in the field of body repair carrying out practical trainings on repair processes, painting, polishing work, as well as for professional disassembly and assembly of vehicle components Interchange of components and repair of accident damage Training in the use of water-based paints, the use of paint booths and in modern colour mixing techniques Instruction in the use of diagnostic equipment for damage analysis as well as in the handling of grinding machines, paint guns and welding technology Specialized machining techniques for aluminium, plastics and composite materials, as used in modern vehicle designs Instruction in the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PSA) and in relevant safety standards and regulations within the paint shop Training for technical damage assessment and the production and documentation of repair orders

+10 years of experience in the automotive industry and body assembly in large companies Good skills in working tools, including diagnostic and measuring instruments Precision and critical analysis of your own work Ability to work in the team Excellent coaching/communication skills
