Do you want to control significant high-tech construction projects in future industries such as the semiconductor or battery industry? Then you are right with us! As Head of Construction (m/w/d), you will ensure that complex EPC projects or subprojects for production facilities and buildings are implemented in accordance with the contract. Furthermore, you take over the task of the construction manager according to the regional construction order (if necessary).

• Self-responsible construction management of high-tech industrial projects
• Total responsibility for the time, quality, and cost-appropriate construction of an overall project
• Support our customers before, during and after the construction phase and participation in acquisition and contract discussions
• Control and management of all project participants and coordination between builders, planners, executive companies and authorities
• scheduling and monitoring of progress
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Implementation of construction sites and decreases
• Deficiency assessment and tracking

Show your skills

• Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture, supply technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in the independent monitoring of large-scale projects as well as experience in the management of project teams and subcontractors
• Experience in industrial/plant engineering, especially in the semiconductor or battery industry
• Very good knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH space as well as for a 5-day stay at the project location
• Intercultural competence, team spirit and leadership skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2) in word and writing for smooth communication with partly exclusively German-speaking employees (m/w/d) and authorities
• Owner of the German driving licence Class B
