About usThe Elegance Education Platform e.V. was founded in 1996 as a response to the weak educational and professional success of children and young people with their own or family migration experience. The main topics of our founding members have been and are to date the promotion of professional and social participation and equal opportunities in education and personal development .Our association began with a small offer of remedial courses for students from primary school to secondary school. Since 2009, supported language and integration courses with the corresponding degrees DTZ and LID have also been offered according to the guidelines of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). Other offers include preparation courses for the main school degree and the Abitur, career-oriented counselling for young people, assistance and events to promote self-competence for people with and without migration and escape experience. They are target-group-specific to ensure the participation of all stakeholders, to enable equal opportunities and to strengthen social cohesion.Today, we have a broad portfolio of learning opportunities, language and integration courses, counselling services, child and youth work, and projects for encounter and participation.
