Account Manager (m/w/d) Contact for our customers on all questions concerning the booked holiday trip by phone and e-mail Change of bookings (e.g. transfer of flights and hotels, upgrade of catering or room category) Registration and processing of additional services (e.g. sports baggage, special customer requests, allergies) Contact persons of the tour guides in the destinations for questions about existing bookings

A completed commercial or tourist training, as an alternative practical experience in tourism (also students) Pleasure to telephone and pronounced communication skills in word and writing First experience in telephone and written customer support High quality and service orientation Reliability and team spirit
