Your tasks: You advise your customers comprehensively, competently and individually on housing financing The multi-product approach helps you to find tailor-made solutions and develop needs-based financing strategies Products of the LBS including FaeH not only sell you, but also integrate them into the overall concept of your advice The Sparkassen Versicherung products are also included in your consultations and forwarded to our partners as needed You actively and independently implement sales campaigns As an experienced specialist (m/w/d), you support new colleagues, trainees and trainees and accompany them in their development

Your profile: You have a successfully completed training as a bank clerk (m/w/d) or savings bank specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on customer consulting You have further deepened your knowledge with a successfully completed seminar in real estate consulting You have at least 2 years of professional experience in housing financing and have proven that you can provide competent advice to customers The requirements of the Residential Loan Policy are very familiar to you and you have well-founded expertise in this area A pronounced service orientation, strong consulting skills and your sales-oriented thinking are the key to A friendly and professional expression in word and writing completes your profile
