Technical and commercial support of customers in a defined sales area for ventilation Professional support in planning and design Developing system solutions in the field of ventilation and across the range with colleagues as cross-selling Identification of business potentials and care of long-term, qualitative customer relationships and new customer acquisition Holistic customer support from initial talks, contract negotiations and contract conclusion Service tracking and appointment monitoring Regular customer visits and technical advice Sales documentation and data management in the CRM system Participation in trade fairs and special events

Multiannual professional experience in the distribution of technical products in need of declaration - preferably from the refrigeration and ventilation industry Ideally completed studies (e.g. focus on building/supply technology) or completed training to the state-tested technician/master in the field of refrigeration/heating and ventilation technology Experience in the project and tender business as well as handling planning offices and plant builders routing of the PC and the common software applications; English knowledge of advantage A fast conception with high self-motivation and flexibility High persuasiveness and negotiation skills as well as sales and customer-oriented working methods incl. good communication skills Team skills
