Debt Collection - Clerk (m/f/d)

You have a good sense of numbers, keep an overview even in complex cases and can communicate with customers? In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for two specialist (m/w/d) in the field of debt collection - full time. Bring your receivable management expertise and shape together with us the efficient solution of collection cases in a dynamic and forward-looking environment.

You are responsible for the independent and timely processing of complex debt collection business incidents in corporate and private customer business

You take the written and telephone correspondence with customers: inside - always service-oriented and solution-focused

You work closely with internal interfaces and external sales partners

You actively contribute your ideas to our continuous improvement process (KVP) and thus shape our processes

You have a completed commercial training - e.g. as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or in a comparable field. You have a very good understanding of numbers and brings analytical thinking skills - you can therefore prepare complex facts structured.

Customer and service orientation are self-evident: You communicate clearly, securely and purposefully - whether on the phone with large numbers or in exchange with colleagues from other specialist departments.

You work independently, structured and target-oriented - at the same time you are actively involved in the team and are open to changes and are happy to develop.
