You are responsible for the strategic development and realignment of all GRC processes and set innovative standards for the management in the financial services environment You define future-oriented, digital target images and design complex transformation and digitization programs with a focus on sustainable value creation and regulatory excellence You are a driverin for business development in the GRC area: You identify new market opportunities, develop innovative business models and position Next FS as a pioneer in the GRC segment In close cooperation with Sales and Account Management, you develop new offers, control the acquisition of new customers and build sustainable customer relationships – here you are impetus for the further development of our portfolio and bring your know-how specifically into the sales strategy As a business partnerin at management and board level, you advise on regulatory and supervisory issues and support the positioning of Next Banking in the market You analyze market trends, identify strategic opportunities and develop innovative GRC portfolios for insurance, public and industrial customers The management of budget, resources and results is under your leadership – you guarantee transparency, efficiency and sustainable success As a leader, you build a powerful team, promote talents and establish a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a degree in economics, BWL, VWL, economic informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the consulting field with proven expertise in the banking environment and experience in leadership or earnings responsibility Deep knowledge of GRC processes, in particular IT compliance, risk management and regulatory requirements Experience in managing complex projects or programs and in selecting and implementing GRC tools Embossed strategic thinking, entrepreneurial action and the ability to advance topics structuredly High technological affinity and openness to new technologies in the financial environment Experience in special supervisory examinations is advantageous Very good German knowledge (at least C1) as well as secure English knowledge complete your profile
