The position must be taken part-time with a 60 % scale.

You take responsibility for monthly payment transactions, in particular for our international markets, and maintain cooperation with foreign banks and payment service providers – also in English. The creation of the monthly and annual accounts and the sound and reliable support for all relevant reporting and documentation obligations are your responsibility. In addition, ensure an effective internal control system (IKS) and continuously develop it. In addition, you act as a central contact person for internal areas and external partners, especially for auditors. The active participation in projects as well as the analysis of new foreign markets for the strategic further development of our financial processes completes your diverse area of responsibility.

You have successfully completed business studies, ideally focusing on insurance, finance or accounting, or bring a comparable qualification. Additional industry knowledge in the insurance industry or financial services are advantageous and support you in the quick incorporation. Their technical strength is reflected in sound knowledge of payment transactions, a pronounced understanding of numbers and a high analytical competence. In dealing with SAP as well as Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint – you are routined and use these applications safely in everyday work. You have strong consulting and communication skills and take others with clear argumentation and professional sovereignty. In addition, you can convince with an open, team-oriented personality and work independently as well as quality-conscious.
