Welcome to Allianz As a technician for building management (m/w/d) in our Real Estate & Solutions team in Berlin, you are the focal point for the support and optimization of technical building facilities. From analysis to improvement of TGM processes, you monitor every aspect to ensure that our home technology always works perfectly. This is what we expect as a technician for building management (m/w/d) Are you ready to keep the efficiency and performance of domestic installations at the highest level at our location in Berlin? Your responsibility extends to diverse areas of our technical building facilities, including: Support and optimization: Manage TGM processes and complex plant engineering Planning, commissioning and control: Coordinate smaller construction measures and service provider operations at the Berlin and the external offices Coordination and Controlling: Organize the use of various service providers, carry out and manage the control Call Management: Create tender documents and support in the selection and commissioning of external companies. Technical systems: operate the building control technology and maintain the building information systems (FAMOS, CAD/CAFM)

This is what you bring with you as a technician for building management (m/w/d) Education: Bachelor or Master in Engineering or State-Tested Technicians/Master (m/w/d) in the field of Technical Building Management/Technical Building Equipment (TGM/TGA) or Electrical Engineering/Measure, Control and Control Technology (MSR) Experience: Comprehensive knowledge in the operation of supply systems and in service provider management Competences: Organizational skills, service orientation, technical understanding and Microsoft Office skills Communication strength: Professional occurrence and enforcement
