Head of the Studierendenwerk and securing a high-quality service offer Total responsibility for budgetary and economic planning, controlling and annual accounts leadership and further development of around 130 employees; Further development and care of an appreciation and transparent leadership culture Control of construction, modernization and renovation projects (residential homes, menses, infrastructure) incl. Planning of investment and recruitment of regional grants Confidential cooperation with the Board of Directors, the Staff Council, the University Boards, the Student Representatives, the City of Wuppertal and the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of NRW Compliance with all legal requirements and compliance standards

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Law, Architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional and leadership experience in the area of (social) housing, gastronomy, universities, municipal administration or related areas Experience in commercial management and construction project management is desirable Experience in cooperation with bodies is beneficial Impressed communication skills and empathy for employees Valuable and transparent leadership style and the ability to integrate different perspectives on sustainable solutions Safe appearance, solution and decision-making competence, service orientation and willingness to cooperate with all stakeholders The Studierendenwerk Wuppertal promotes opportunities and diversity.
