Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our Business Consulting Finance team, you can support our customers in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart: the agile Finance Transformation, Performance Management and Reporting, Accounting Close, Finance Analytics and Optimization. You develop holistic solutions ranging from the strategic orientation of the business model to the technical conception of financial processes and architecture to the implementation of financial architecture and data budgets. You can do a variety of tasks: Advising national and international banks and/or insurance companies in the optimization, further development and realignment of the CFO function Support for business process analysis and optimization to improve corporate performance Accompanying our customers: in realignment and further development of business models, organizations, processes and IT systems, e.g. finance transformation Support in the analysis, design and implementation of methods and processes in controlling, reporting and accounting (e.g. forecasting, planning, reporting, cost accounting, etc.) Take responsibility for the progress of the project, close contact with the internal and external project-relevant stakeholders and professional leadership of team members

Completed studies of economics, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable discipline with corresponding priorities At least five years of professional experience in the financial environment with focus on CFO-relevant topics (e.g. banking control, reporting, controlling, regulatory and digitization) with versatile project experience in the finance advisory environment with responsibility as (partial) project management Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
