You are the language tube of our customers and the connection to the content, accounting, logistics and ERP team You can communicate with our customers by phone and email You have fun to approach individual customer requests from order to return In doing so, you release the customer requests independently and have a fingertip feeling for critical customer requests In addition, you advise customers on beauty questions and bring them our products closer You make sure that our customers are all satisfied with our expertise and friendliness

Insufficient professional experience in customer service, ideally in the beauty or e-commerce environment A completed commercial training or a comparable conclusion Very good communication skills in word and writing Experiences in handling relevant shop systems such as Magento, Navision and ticket systems such as Zendesk Good office tool knowledge Friendly appearance and team skills Loadability, service orientation and empathy as well as a problem-solving approach Excellent German and Polish knowledge in word and writing, good English skills desirable

Full transparency: For this role we have a salary band between €30,000 and €33,000 gross for the Junior Level and €33,000 to €37,000 for the Manager Level per year.
