Key job responsibilities Your tasks:

• Implementation of safety and health concepts
• Creation and implementation of occupational safety campaigns
• preparation of training documents
• Implementation of risk assessments
• Implementation of legal and internal requirements in the field of occupational safety and health
• Creation of (close) accident reports and evaluations
• Development of accident prevention programmes
• Operational health management
• Preparation and implementation of audits
• Cooperation with the operating departments and other departments in the company (technology, personnel department, etc.)

Basic qualifications

• General Higher Education, Higher Education
• German language skills in word and writing (C1 level)
• Basic English in Word and Writing (A2-level)
• Affinity for science subjects, especially mathematics, physics and chemistry
• Dealing with MS Office (especially knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point) Preferred qualifications
• Own initiative, model function and “hands-on mentality”
• Proactive driving of change processes and independent decision-making
