Head of Systems Engineering Operational Technology (OT) * (m/f/d)

With your team, you take responsibility for the resilient operation (24/7) and the strategic development of OT system technology for the system management of our KRITIS power and gas networks. You are responsible for three teams with a total of about 90 employees, develop these teams professionally and culturally and are the hub for central OT system technology, including SCADA, OT applications (e.g. Redispatch), OT platforms and OT networks (process data technology). The close cooperation with the operational system management of electricity and gas, as well as interfaces to the safety-relevant topics such as resilience, crisis management and object protection, are served by you in accordance with requirements. You actively participate in the organization of the E.ON OT community and promote the standardization of the OT for E.ON. As a Mandate House in the E.ON Group, you take the central responsibility for the resilient and secure operation of the OT platforms for several thousand OT users of all E.ON distribution network operators. In close cooperation with the E.ON Association, you develop the target network of process data technology for the resilient energy transition in Schleswig-Holstein. You represent the strategic corporate interests towards partners/suppliers/service providers as well as in E.ON's internal bodies and projects. Together with the relevant departments and the company security team, you are continuously developing measures to increase the resilience for OT system technology.

You have a successfully completed university degree course with technical department (economic) engineering electrical engineering, information technology or comparable qualification. As an experienced manager, you already have several years of experience in the environment of OT system technology, OT platforms, communications networks and operating system management and know you very well with the task of OT system technology, the system management of Strom & Gas and Redispatch. With the special challenges to the OT system technology of KRITIS operators and the operational requirements for the 24/7 operation of OT systems, OT platforms and communication networks, you already have extensive experience.
