Design the digital future of personal processes: You show our customers how You can efficiently map and develop their processes in SAP HCM. Concept creation: Your task is the conceptual preparation and operational execution of consulting projects in SAP HCM. Project implementation: You enter the SAP HCM applications, introduce ideas for further development and support the transition to SAP SuccessFactors. Deep Dive: You develop across the field and bring your own ideas and interests. Close to the customer: You also care about existing relationships with customers and build new ones.

SAP-Background: You bring multi-year professional experience in the design and implementation or support of SAP HCM solutions, in particular in the modules PY, PT or ESS/MSS. Further knowledge: You have well-founded knowledge in HR processes and have ideally also gained experience with hybrid SAP HR system landscapes. Project experience: Ideally, you can gain experience in the (part) project management.
