Planning, project management and control of replacement construction, conversion, reinforcement and repair of engineering structures including cost management and project controlling Creation of draft structures and conservation and rehabilitation plans, creation of award documents, tendering and awarding Database maintenance in SIB-Bauwerke as well as updating network node and building maps Contract processing and monitoring of engineering services Construction supervision and superstructure management also for measures of third parties, collection and documentation of structures, structural adaptation, coordination, implementation and preparation of results of construction tests according to DIN 1076

completed technical-engineering studies in higher education, field of civil engineering (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor), with focus on constructive engineering or special engineering Vocational experience in structural design, structural testing or construction management in the field of engineering and engineering special construction is advantageous as well as a VFIB certificate for testing engineering structures according to DIN 1076; good usable identifiers in the relevant control units, ready-to-use identifiers in the office software and, as far as possible, in SIB structures Sovereignty, team capacity and economic competence are among your strengths Driving licence of the driving licence class B for the purpose of taking external dates is required
