In the role of the SAP Inhouse Consultant for Marketing, Sales and Service, you support the day-to-day business and the international introduction of SAP S/4HANA (Custom, Interfaces, Optimizations, Roll-outs) and make an important contribution to the digital transformation. As part of our SAP team, you analyze and optimize processes in the field of SAP ERP sales and service as well as in adjacent processes You advise the specialist areas in the design and realization of process improvements with focus on SAP solutions and are responsible for the customizing and further development of the SD, CS modules and adjacent modules You are responsible for error analysis including troubleshooting in second and third level support and are responsible for our CRM system SAP C4C as well as add-ons in the field of foreign trade As a team player and Sparringspartner, you work closely with the departments and the SAP Inhouse Consultant Team and support our SAP Key users as main contact partner

A completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of business management, (economic) informatics, sales or a comparable qualification are the basis of your success You have proven know-how, process understanding and module knowledge in SAP SD, CS and adjacent modules From your past, you will bring relevant experience in project management with regard to the introduction of SAP projects and have experience in receiving, tuning and prioritizing requirements from the fields of expertise and communicating the feasibility of requirements Knowledge and experience in SAP C4C are beneficial, but no condition You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are a team-oriented personality with a strong problem-solving competence and rapid understanding, who likes to take responsibility and convinces by readiness and reliability
