You process incoming orders for collateral cover and ensure a proper allocation of credit collateral You manage and manage the Bank’s cover and refinancing registers and create the associated notifications to the supervisory authorities You are responsible for the management of mortgage and basic debt certificates and other backup documents Professional and service oriented trustees for our house You contribute to the continuous optimisation of our processes in the context of cover topics and bring themselves to internal projects – especially in the context of digitalisation –

successfully completed training as a banking businessman or a comparable commercial qualification as well as first professional experience in real estate financing; ideally in the context of credit collateral or market succession Good IT skills in MS Office applications, ideally knowledge of SAP Quick understanding, analytical thinking and an independent, structured and conscientious way of working with great care in the regulatory environment Embossed service and solution orientation as well as a professional occurrence in cooperation with internal and external contact persons (e.g. trustees) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
