Construction Manager - Building Construction / Commercial / Industrial Construction (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management and control of demanding new building and revitalization projects in the building. As a central contact person at the construction site, you conduct and coordinate all the after-contractors and external experts and ensure the quality of the execution. You are responsible for consistent compliance with dates, costs and quality standards and are proactively taking countermeasures in case of deviations. You continuously opt out of the building site sequences by successfully integrating the Lean-Construction approach into the working day. For transparent communication and complete reporting to project management and other important stakeholders.

You have a degree in civil engineering/architecture, a technician or master training and brings several years of practical experience in the building management (LPH 6-8). You conduct construction projects so confidently, you think economically and optimise processes with a wide view – ideally you have already gained first experience with Lean Construction. As a manager, you motivate your team and communicate clearly and at eye level with entrepreneurs and external partners. You like to pack pragmatically, take responsibility and burn to complete projects successfully and on time. You're talking and you're writing German that's safe.
