Our client is an innovative manufacturer of decorative and technical luminaires. With an annual growth of around 30% and a presence in all European countries, the company focuses on quality, design and sustainable lighting solutions. The focus is on five priority markets: DACH, France, Italy, Poland and Romania. The dynamic team of around 50 employees works in a modern, ambitious environment that is constantly growing. In the course of a succession and a strengthening of the leadership team, we are looking for a dedicated and high-sales CCO (m/w/d) that is leading sales and actively leading the company through the market. Active customer acquisition and customer care in priority markets Joint customer visits with sales directors and sales staff Development and implementation of the sales strategy with focus on the project business Developing new distribution channels and markets 3 Sales Directors and Responsibility for the Sales Team (12 MA)

Sales experience in the B2B (ideally luminaire industry) Leadership and experience in managing sales teams Strategic, dynamic and proactive High readiness (40-50%) English negotiation-proof, French of advantage
