Activity and process analysis: You support the inclusion of activities and describe workflows and processes. Process evaluation and optimization: You help to analyze process performance, identify potential for improvement and identify bottlenecks. Improvement projects: You carry out smaller improvement projects and independently moderate microgroups. Key figures and reporting: You develop solutions for the visualization of key figures and implement them with Power BI, for example.

Interest in process optimization: You are passionate about process improvements and want to develop processes in a sustainable manner. Personality: You work independently, structured and analytically. At the same time, you convince by your open nature and team skills. Analytical thinking: You can prepare simple questions and problems in a structured manner and present them in a comprehensible manner. Excel knowledge: You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and use it safely in practice. Data analysis and digitization: You use digital tools such as Excel or Power BI for independent data analysis and for developing solution proposals. IT affinity: You are interested in digital applications and ideally first experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Power BI or Power Apps. Lean Management: First knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods, such as SMED or Standard Work, are advantageous.
