Global Industrial Engineer Product & Process Integration (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your task area Development and continuous optimization of standardized processes for the successful introduction of technical products at international level Implementation and further development of efficient methods to ensure quality, reproducibility and productivity in production processes Planning and coordination of the integration of new technical products into existing or new manufacturing environments worldwide Development and global standardization of process concepts, production layouts and coordination of technical adjustments to increase overall performance *Working with regional units to implement introductory projects taking into account location-specific requirements

• Interface management between technical departments such as development, quality, purchasing and logistics to ensure defined standards Concepting and implementing training on new manufacturing technologies, machine operation and process related topics for employees in production Development and maintenance of process-related documentation and guidance for worldwide use Supporting production teams in the analysis and solution of technical challenges in the production environment Structure and maintenance of a structured knowledge documentation for cross-site use Follow-up and evaluation of project key figures such as costs, dates and quality standards as part of global product launches Preparing meaningful reports and analyses on project and process performance for international management

Your qualifications:

• Complete technical or business studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering
• Multiannual professional experience in the field of industrial production, especially in the implementation of new technical products in production processes Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, automation technologies, lean methods and production planning Experience in handling design software (CAD), ERP systems as well as process simulation tools Team-oriented operation with high communication capability in handling interdisciplinary project groups Trained with project management methods and managing complex projects within planned time and budget frameworks *Analytic thinking capability for identifying optimization potentials and for sustainable problem solving in the production environment
