In the team of private real estate financing for the employee business, we implement the living spaces of our own staff, from the existing property, to the new building to capital investments. We advise our personnel in a holistic and transparent manner, including comparison with our competitors. Our mission is to find optimal solutions around the subject of property.

Your tasks – we will inspire you As part of the financing advice, you will accompany our employees in their plans. You are negotiating sales-oriented taking into account customer needs, within our quality standards as well as legal and operational regulations and processes. If necessary, you will bind and actively support the parent advisors. You plan your sales activities independently and develop best practice approaches that you implement and like to pass on to colleagues.

Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 2 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee ranging from EUR 4,438 to EUR 5,753. The final compensation package is based on professional experience, work to be carried out and collective bargaining arrangements.
