As part of the Limbach Group, MVZ Labor Münster Hafenweg GmbH has been active since 1973 as a regional partner in Westfalen, among others, for established doctors, hospitals and public health facilities. A diagnostic center was created in Münster, which offers a comprehensive and competent service in all areas of laboratory medicine, transfusion medicine, microbiology, etc. We focus on personal contact with our colleagues who send in together with the discussion of individual diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Münster | non-medical activity | Driving service / logistics | Full-time We are the driving department of MVZ Labor Münster Hafenweg GmbH. Our laboratory supplies about 1,500 doctoral practices and 40 hospitals within a radius of 150 km of winter as summer, 365 days a year. With more than 60 own vehicles, our dedicated team forms the laboratory's logistical centrepiece and ensures that important laboratory samples as well as medical findings and materials reach their destination safely and on time. To strengthen and coordinate our team we are looking for an organized and dedicated personality like you!

Tour planning: You can efficiently participate in the respective tours and ensure a smooth run. Personal planning: You first and manage the travel and deployment plans for the driver. Tour preparation: You take the preparation and follow-up of the tours. This specifically includes equipping the tours with the respective mobile phones, findings and materials. Contact: You are the first contact point for our drivers in questions and unforeseen events. Our senders also have confidence to contact you with their concerns. Ready to call: In exchange with your colleagues, you participate in the rotating readiness to call to ensure a smooth workflow even outside the core working hours.

Experience: You have a completed commercial training (e.g. as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services) or bring relevant professional experience in disposition or logistics. Organizational institution: You are a master (m/w/d) of the organization, keeps an overview and works structured even in stressful situations. Communication strength: You communicate clearly and kindly with the team and external partners. Teamgeist: You are a real team player (m/w/d) that works reliably and solution-oriented. IT-Affinity: The safe handling of the current MS Office applications is obvious to you. You are also happy to deal with new systems.
