For our carpentry, a Berlin crafts company with over 30 years of experience, we are looking for a building manager for the independent management and coordination of ongoing projects. Our carpentry combines tradition with state-of-the-art technology – on around 800 m2 of workshop area with its own paint shop and digital equipment. Clients include housing companies, house administrations, project developers as well as public bodies, private customers as well as architects and planners. The range of services extends to the refurbishment of historical buildings and building parts, the supply and installation of various window, door and door elements, extensive maintenance and maintenance work as well as individual furniture construction to measure.

Self-governing and coordination of ongoing projects in the field of carpentry / interior design Calculation of offers as well as follow-up management Communication with customers, architects and subcontractors Creating dimensions, project documentation and preparing bills Material management and logistics planning Participation in construction site meetings and quality assurance Project implementation

Complete craft training (e.g. carpenters, carpenters, metal builders, etc.) – ideally with master qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position (e.g. project management / construction management in interior construction) Very good German knowledge at native language level in word and writing (necessary for construction site communication, customer contact and documentation) Good knowledge of German standards, regulations and safety standards Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Experience in employee leadership Required training or professional practice in the German craft sector
