Technician SHK - Construction Site Organization / Heating / Project Management (m/f/d)

You take over the independent organization of the construction sites, from material disposition to ensuring the quality and safety of work. As a technical manager, you will guide and motivate the assembly team on site and be the first person to answer all technical questions. You can read and interpret version drawings and create your own production sketches, even with tools like AutoCAD. You plan the construction processes, coordinate the dates with all the works and document the project progress for the project management. You act as a central interface on the construction site and provide a partnership communication with customers and downstream companies. You pack yourself up and carry out demanding installation work in the area of sanitary, heating and climate professionally.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and climate engineering (SHK) or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the SHK craftsmanship and have ideally already taken over first responsibility on construction sites. You are sure to read technical drawings and have already worked with a CAD software like AutoCAD. With your organized and packed way, you can take the lead, motivate your team and keep an overview even in turbulent phases. You have a class B driver's license and can communicate well in German and English (B2 level).
