Total responsibility for all commercial functions – accounting, controlling, financing and adjacent areas Head of Management for all financial and strategic issues Further development of financial and controlling structures – modernisation and professionalisation of existing processes Building an integrated management report for sound corporate management Creation of transparency on earnings, costs and cash flow developments Professionalization of planning and forecasting processes to ensure reliable decision bases Preparation of strategic decisions for investment and growth initiatives Active participation of the corporate strategy as a member of the expanded management

You are an entrepreneurial thinking leader with broad commercial expertise and experience in the middle class. Completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual management experience in the commercial sector Knowledge in accounting, controlling, planning and reporting Experience in the further development of structures and processes sovereign handling of auditors, banks and external partners Representative IT and digital affinity Analytical Strength, Structured Operation and Clear Communication Very good German knowledge
