(Senior) Solution Consultant - Fokus: Incubation & Requirements (m/f/d)

Design of solutions: You accompany dynamic incubation projects from the first idea to the stable implementation and drive forward the future of integrated security solutions. Boundary Spanning: As a central interface between customers, technology and strategy, you act as a “bridge builder” that translates vague needs into sustainable solution concepts. Analysis without “Service according to instructions”: Instead of rigid specifications, you develop pragmatic requirements in agile customer workshops – often where standards do not exist. Intelligence by Design: You make sure that our solutions (such as rsShadow or rsObIn) develop their full strength together and actively introduce new technological trends such as Intelligence AI. Sovereign Sparringspartner: You advise our customers (objectives and organizations with security tasks) and present results in complex, politically shaped stakeholder environments.

Technical foundation & expertise: You have a technical or business-informatic background (e.g. studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training with well-founded professional experience). You have a deep understanding of what is technologically feasible and meaningful, and work quickly into complex questions. Domain Knowledge (Intelligence & AI): You ideally bring experience in the fields of intelligence, knowledge work or analysis of mass data (e.g. OSINT, cyber intelligence or signal data). In addition, knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) is not a new country for you. Experience in IT project management: You are strong in customer management of IT projects – ideally in the context of security authorities or the public sector. You are safe in the moderation of workshops and feel comfortable in cross-functional teams, even if priorities change quickly. Pragmatism & Creativity: You work absolutely independently and love “to think the corner”. Where others ask for a finished load booklet, you start to design and find pragmatic, structured ways to the target. Communication strength & appearance: A sovereign, convincing appearance in daily customer work is of course for you. You combine a high customer orientation with pronounced communication skills. Languages & flexibility: Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good knowledge of English (at least B2-Nivaeu) in word and writing. A project-related readiness completes your profile.
