As a project employee, you take an important role in a large project and actively coordinate and shape all activities relating to the topic of time management and pay accounting and work closely with linked stakeholders, including Compensation & Benefits, the T4P digitalization initiative and external providers. These challenges come to you: Independent planning, control and control of specialist topics

Planning work packages and schedules and ensuring compliance

Design, planning and testing of E2E processes, in particular with focus on time management & pay billing

Development of solutions for time and charge accounting processes

Review of the quality of results in the task area Time & Money through process analysis

Conception and design of processes and standards

Support in drawing up specifications

Creation of communication and presentation documents for management bodies

Close coordination with stakeholders to ensure that all topics relevant to pay are taken into account

Ideally, you bring the following: Completed study of economics, (economic) computer science or comparable

Including professional experience

Experience in IT projects

Tax and social insurance expertise in the field of pay billing in Germany

Good knowledge of time and pay processes in large-volume companies

Competence in cooperation with service providers for implementing technological solutions

Very good knowledge in process and interface management
