Teamlead Software Development (m/f/d)

Technical & organisational team management: You take over the professional and organizational management of a development team and ensure the successful implementation of our software projects. Requirement & Task Control: You are responsible for managing, structuring and prioritizing requirements and tasks taking into account project objectives, resources and timetables. Software architecture & solution concepts: You develop technical solutions and software architectures and ensure their sustainable, scalable and high-quality implementation. Software development process & continuous improvement: You accompany the entire software development process and continuously optimize development processes, methods and standards. Interface & Stakeholder Management: You act as a central interface between development, architecture, disciplines, project management and other stakeholders. Team Development & Knowledge Transfer: You support and develop your team members professionally and actively promote knowledge transfer within the team. Architecture & Risk Management: You bring your experience into architecture and project planning, identify risks early and take appropriate measures to ensure project success.

You have several years of experience in software development with Java as well as knowledge of modern software architectures, especially in the environment of microservices and distributed systems. You bring comprehensive experience in system design and know you with scalability, resilience, performance and integration architectures. You have experience in creating technical solutions and architectural decisions as well as implementing sustainable software solutions. You work safely with agile methods such as Kanban and have knowledge in request management, for example in Refinement, Story-Schnitt and Backlog structuring. You bring experience in project planning and team management – especially in effort estimation, prioritization, roadmap planning and delivery management. You have knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD, Git/GitLab as well as ideally dealing with Kubernetes or container platforms and modern quality assurance measures. You convince with strong communication and leadership skills, secure stakeholder management and good German skills.
