Support of headquarters, markets and two logistics locations in all issues of occupational and health protection. Strategic and operational advice from managers and departments on all topics of occupational and health protection. Contact person for authorities, professional associations and other external partners. Development, control and implementation of sustainable measures to continuously improve safety and health. Development of pragmatic and sustainable measures to improve safety and health. Control and support of digitalization and optimization projects in the health-&-safety environment. Analysis and preparation of relevant key figures as well as reporting to the management and the Danish Group headquarters of the Salling Group. Planning training, instruction and awareness-raising. Participation in the further development of a modern security and prevention culture. Introduction and further development of a holistic occupational safety management system.

Ideally a completed training as a specialist for occupational safety Complete technical studies, master or technician qualification of advantage Experience in occupational and health protection, ideally in trade, logistics or decentralized organization Representative communication and consulting skills A good feeling in dealing with different personalities and burdensome conversation situations, in particular in the near-market environment Structured, independent and pragmatic procedures Joy in acquiring changes and shaping digital processes. Safe handling of MS Office readiness to travel within Germany and driving licence class B Ideally additional qualification as fire protection officer English skills are advantageous, as individual voting and reporting with our Salling Group headquarters take place in English
