Total responsibility for production, quality and process optimization within the FOAM responsibility area Ensuring quality, timely and cost-oriented production of products Coordination of a trouble-free process and continuous process improvement Personnel planning, personnel deployment and employee development Accountability and Budget Control investment planning for plants and machines; Analysis of machine sequences investigation of causes of work and rework; Introduction of measures Monitoring compliance with environmental and safety standards and all documents Create and update FMEA and process descriptions Preparing and ensuring successful audits (e.g. IATF, EHS) Responsibility for maintenance, maintenance, emergency concepts and maintenance concepts Coordination of new approaches and plant operations Cooperation with development, suppliers, customers and internal departments (e.g. production, logistics) Control and monitoring of supply chains, order control Systematic process and quality control, improvement and optimization Project management for industrialization and improvement projects Regular reporting to management Leadership and further development of a motivated, powerful team Responsibility for the organisation of safe, law-compliant workplaces and the implementation of all requirements for occupational and health protection, including training, monitoring and cooperation with the authorities

What we are looking for: Complete technical studies with a focus on plastics technology or comparable training in injection moulding technology Good knowledge of German and English Multiannual professional experience in leadership positions Open, high-communication appearance Absolute trustworthiness and discretion Structured, analytical thinking and action

Your preferred qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in team management Experience in the automotive or subcontracting industry/JIT production Practical experience with manufacturing methods (Canban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, TRS, etc.)
