• Support in the implementation of the commercial growth strategy through the implementation of the validation and confirmation of transactions, as well as the settlement of one- and outgoing account statements

• Analyze the potential for improvement and standardization to increase business process efficiency within the trading operation in a holistic front-to-end view

• Evaluate possibilities to further digitize existing business processes in the field of commercial confirmation and processing

• Ensure smooth business process improvements according to the requirements of compliance and internal control and ensuring daily operational work

• Support in the introduction of our Operational Excellence and Digital Vision throughout commercial operation

• Ensuring the development of skills and thinking for continuous improvement throughout commercial operation

• Care for close cooperation with our stakeholders, e.g. front office, IT, accounting teams

• Professional experience in digitization is essential

• Professional experience in the field of commercial confirmation and processing is advantageous

• Background and passion for Business Process Design and its automation from the front-to-end perspective

• Expert knowledge in Power Automate is in demand

• Expert knowledge in SAP & ETRM systems is in demand

• Flowing English skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office services as well as sales and commercial applications

• Effective and efficient communication, documentation and presentation skills

• Reliability, self-controlled mentality and a result-oriented approach

• Embossed customer and service orientation *Expressed analytical skills

• Affinity for teamwork and cross-functional cooperation
