We are modernly set up, technologically ambitious and operate a fully comprehensive hybrid SAP landscape. Our systems run on S/4HANA with the Fiori Launchpad as a central user interface. For several years, we have been using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as well as solutions such as SAP Ariba and the SAP Asset Manager. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a dedicated and technically versed personality, which our SAP HCM System (H4S4) fully supports and develops – and at the same time takes responsibility for integration into adjacent systems.

You enter, optimize and continuously develop our H4S4 system in the SAP HCM environment. At the same time, you analyze, design and realize interfaces to internal and external systems, mainly through the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). In addition, you develop existing Fiori apps and implement new applications according to current UI /UX standards. You accompany change and release processes and work closely with departments, developers and external partners.

You have a successfully completed study with IT or economics or bringing equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through training and professional experience. Your well-founded experience as an SAP HCM consultant*in, ideally in the H4S4 environment, will honor you. Very good knowledge in the integration of SAP systems, preferably via BTP Services, are part of everyday professional life for you. With modern SAP surfaces you are perfectly familiar and can develop Fiori apps independently. In addition, knowledge in SAP travel management (FI TV) is desirable, and experience in SAP authorizations is also advantageous in the HCM context. Your analytical thinking, your solution-oriented way of working and enjoying collaboration in a modern, agile IT environment complete your profile.
