Leadership and team Professional and disciplinary leadership of the BIM team: operational and capacity planning, target agreements, employee talks

Development of employees: competence building, training needs, knowledge transfer between locations

Introducing new colleagues, participation in personnel selection and team building

Projects and Quality Project management: Head of own BIM projects and manage the projects in the team according to appointment, budget and quality

Model quality: Set, introduce and monitor test routines and quality standards for BIM models

Data management: preparation and transfer of input and project data (plan documents, laser scan point clouds) as well as organization of the common data environments (CDE) in the projects

Interfaces: Tuning with Surveying and Mobile Mapping in the Group as a Supplier of Modelling

Customers and Offers Technical contact for contractors and project participants in all BIM questions

Participation in offers: performance description, costing estimate

BIM consulting and coordination for clients, e.g. client information requirements (AIA) and BIM processing plans (BAP)

Participation in the development of new client groups, e.g. road construction administrations and energy network operators

Development Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and methods, e.g. automated evaluation of point clouds and automation of recurring modeling steps

Reusable standards: templates, component libraries, test routines

When fitting: takeover of cross-company BIM tasks in the Deutsche InfraSoft Group

Training/experience: Complete studies in civil engineering, surveying, geoinformatics, geography, architecture or a comparable subject, as an alternative to a further education as a state-tested technician or a tested technician (e.g. construction engineering, surveying technology) with relevant professional experience

Multiannual professional experience in BIM modelling of infrastructure facilities (rail, road or comparable)

Expertise Experience in modelling from existing documents and laser scan point clouds

Safe handling of at least one BIM software (e.g. Revit) as well as test and coordination software (e.g. Navisworks, Desite)

Experience in project management including appointment and budget responsibility

First leadership experience, professional or disciplinary, or proven guidance of teams

Remarkable: Knowledge of the BIM requirements of the Deutsche Bahn and of IFC-Rail, DIN EN ISO 19650 and VDI 2552

Other programs, e.g. AutoCAD or Civil 3D, Software for Point Cloud Evaluation

Experience with project platforms and common data environments (CDE)

Experience in offering, costing or customer consulting

Language skills: German Treatable (at least C1)
