Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation of the purchasing process from the order to the audit You maintain contact with our national and international suppliers You monitor delivery dates and compliance with quality standards You support the strategic purchasing planning and the optimization of purchasing processes You create evaluations and reports for management You are responsible for the precise master data management in the shopping area You play prices in the goods industry Share goods to customer orders You check order confirmations You do general administrative activities

You have completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification You have at least two years of professional experience in operational purchasing, preferably in wholesale You have good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with a commodity management system You have knowledge of German, other foreign languages are of advantage You are characterized by an independent, structured and result-oriented approach You have a strong negotiation skills, a high customer and service orientation and good communication skills
