Your tasks:

As a store employee at the HILTI branch, you are direct: contact person:in the store for your customers and are responsible for the success of the Hilti Store in the Munich-Feldkirchen area. They provide immediate assistance and solutions on site. This means that you have direct influence on customer satisfaction, which is our first priority. Your responsibilities include:

• Individual advice of our customers: inside
• With live product demonstrations in the store, you will delight our customers:
• Implementation of marketing measures to increase visitor frequency

Your profile:

• Successful completion in commercial, technical or crafts
• Practical experience in customer consulting, ideally in the construction market or a similar, consulting-intensive industry
• Inspiring personality
