As Coordinator Development Operations (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning, booking and settlement of business trips. Your further tasks: Coordination and organisation of workshops and internal and external events First contact person for personnel topics in development Support for procurement within internal projects and internal needs Projektmanager (m/w/d) und Supplier (m/w/d)

The place is to be occupied in part-time (32 hours)

Completed (official) commercial training or comparable Professional experience in office management desirable Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of SAP desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured mode of operation, pronounced team capacity and very good communication skills
