Hüttlin GmbH in Schopfheim, with around 170 employees, is part of the Syntegon Group. We are the world's leading specialist in process solutions for mixing, granulating, drying and coating powders, granules and pellets that are used in the processing of pharmaceutical products worldwide.

As a member of the management, you take the strategic and operational responsibility for our location in Schopfheim. In this central position, you are part of the leadership of the Pharma Solid Business Unit and bear the responsibility for the results and budgets. With a clear focus on efficiency and quality, you drive lean and CI initiatives consistently. Together with our HR-Business Partner, you are actively involved in defining issues and are a competent partner for the Works Council. Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Quality – including Budget Planning, Forecast and Responsibility Leadership, development and motivation of the site team Priority, control and management of Lean and CI programs (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen) for the sustainable increase of OEE, productivity and quality Control of supplier development, implementation of JIT/Lean-Supply processes and complaint management and sustainable countermeasures Reporting to the management of the SYNTEGON Group and presentation of the site to customers, suppliers and authorities Close exchange with Head of HR Schopfheim on co-determination and works council topics Technology Transfer Support, Proactive Troubleshooting and Implementation of Best Practices

Completed study or comparable qualification At least seven years of leadership experience in operations, production and supply chain Detectable successes in the Lean/CI area (e.g. Green/Black Belt or practicable project references) Experience in a matrix organization and in cooperation with HR and in dealing with co-determination issues and the works council Impressed leadership skills and secure stakeholder management Further information Start: next possible - by agreement Workload: Full time Type of contract: unlimited Place of work: Schopfheim
