We are looking for an intern who supports our team in various topics. The focus will be on strategic topics as part of the digital customer journey. Our Omnichannel Commerce Management department stands for the design of new and innovative solutions. We are a dynamic team that drives the digital transformation and continuously develops the global customer journey of our customers. All topics such as design and rollout of an online store, digital marketing and the design of customer data and relationship management are part of our responsibility. Your tasks in detail: Support for the strategic orientation and further development of the digital customer journey including all Mercedes-Benz Vans digital KPIs Analysis of white spots and identification of optimization potentials of all marketing and sales relevant touchpoints Development and presentation of strategic concepts in close cooperation with regional and international contacts Participation in the implementation of new digital solutions and processes Organisation of workshops, meetings and committees with other work packages of the project and contacts worldwide Support in creating reports and presentations for management The mandatory practice can begin from November 2025.

Current studies in the field of economics, data science/analytics, media sciences or a comparable degree programme Strong interest in strategic topics, digital trends and technologies Analytical skills and a structured working method Teamability and Communication Strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Personal competencies: High level of autonomy, flexibility and creativity, commitment, team and communication skills, analytical thinking and solution orientation Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
