Corporate Finance Advisor - Financing / M&A / Financial Modelling (m/f/d)

You advise fully owner-managed companies and family owners in financing and structuring projects You develop individual financing solutions for growth, succession, M&A, shareholder changes and refinancing You structure and accompany financing processes from conception to closing You create and analyze financial models, business plans and decision bases You work closely with clients:inside, banks, investors:inside and other financing partners You actively participate in the further development of our advice approach and build long-term client relationships and maintain these

You have a degree in economics (e.g. BWL, VWL, Finance, Banking) You have several years of professional experience in corporate finance, finance, M&A, corporate consultancy or financial institutions You have sound knowledge of corporate financing (remd, mezzanine, equity) and very good skills in financial modelling and analysis of complex business models You have pronounced analytical and conceptual strength and entrepreneurial thinking You have experience in dealing with owner-managed companies and ideally with growth, succession or transformation processes You are capable and motivated to build and maintain their own network and to acquire new mandates and projects You have fluent German and English skills
