The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. Young people with medium impairment and seniors find a new home in two individually adapted residential buildings “vis-à-vis”. So your weekend looks like us • Together with your experienced colleagues, you support people with impairments in everyday life and leisure, e.g. when they clean up and walk and ensure a reliable daily routine • Participation in basic care (withdrawing, showering, oral care and dental care) is also part of your tasks • You adapt to individual requirements and have fun with a varied activity • In individual care you walk with clients, shop with them or eat an ice cream in summer

You can look forward to • Indefinite social insurance coverage of 20% to 30% (7,8 to 11.7 hours per week) • Individual and flexible service plans in a proven 2-shift system (with services from 6 am to 9 pm) • Compensation according to AVR.HN incl.
