As a quality gate based on the requirements in the global order processing, you ensure the implementation of the process specifications, compliance with the key figures and the use of tools in the sales teams (your assigned region) Improving enquiry and order processing with knowledge of the current details in the area of the region/s sales teams is your responsibility They determine the training needs within the sales team and are responsible for the preparation, planning and implementation of training measures in the assigned product spectrum (in all Transformer companies) and in the processes and tools They work closely with the sales teams, our subsidiaries and the adjacent specialist departments in order processing and the business units They support technical and commercial customer consulting in all inquiries including offering creation and order processing in cooperation with the sales teams, especially in special applications They support the customer-sponsored employee in the maintenance of the order-relevant data in SAP, the technical and commercial review, the support of the customer order during the processing (in particular production-relevant changes), delivery date coordination and technical follow-up service In addition, you support the processing of customer complaints They cooperate with and manage internal and cross-sector projects

You have a completed technical study or training as a technician/master (m/w/d) with corresponding level of experience (electrotech / mechatronics) They have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner; preferably also about further foreign language knowledge You have several years of professional experience in the sales service Knowledge of the Transformer product/service spectrum is advantageous They are conscientious, driven and communicative You live or know the sales processes Intensified SAP R/3 skills draw MS Office knowledge and readiness to travel complete your profile
