As a customer data sales specialist, you will accompany the strategic orientation of the Customer Data Sales Consulting (CDSC) team. You support the implementation of a transparent and comprehensible matrix to analyze accounts taking into account internal customer experiences, industry trends and macroeconomic framework conditions. The acquisition, search, validation and maintenance of new and existing data is one of your core tasks as well as the continuous review and the pronouncement of recommendations on possible adjustments to customer segmentation and associated named account lists in terms of market developments. In addition, you support the development of new, suitable business models and the identification of strategic customer potentials. In addition, you can improve the data quality in the CRM and SAP through targeted training and optimization measures in cooperation with the CDSC team. Ideally, you can either bring a completed commercial training including additional economic qualification or a completed study with an economic focus. We also welcome cross-comers – much can be learned. You have well-founded knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office applications. A very good organizational capacity combined with a strong understanding of business processes will support you in your already structured and particularly independent way of working. To achieve your goals, you will use analysis, experience and logical thinking. So you recognize the core of problems, meet informed decisions and find effective solutions. Also in a dynamic environment you feel comfortable. If circumstances change in a project, you can adjust the action or behavior where necessary to achieve your desired goal. Your profile is rounded off by a high abstraction capability. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. A strong collaborative capacity in combination with high social competence characterizes you. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language. You speak German and master English so well that you can also answer questions in English.
