The Linden-Museum Stuttgart is looking for a full-time management of personnel & finance (w/m/d) (100%). The grouping takes place in the presence of all tariff and personal conditions up to the 12 TV-L pay group – the job is unlimited.

Your tasks include:
• Operational and strategic financial management under public budgetary law: budgeting, financial statements, payment transactions, procurement procedures, cost and performance accounting, and evidence of financial use
• Responsibility for labour and collective bargaining issues (TV-L, LPVG): personnel development, job advertisements, onboarding and personal controlling
• Leadership and further development of a dedicated team of currently eight employees with clear, value-aware leadership
• Control of internal instruments such as staff status statistics, VZÄ planning, service instructions and compliance with reporting obligations (e.g. equal opportunities plan)
• Development and digitization of central management processes (e.g. e-audit, application portal, drive-BW)
• Active participation in the ongoing organisational development process with a focus on structures, processes and organizational culture
Your profile:
• Complete university studies (Bachelor; Diplom-FH) in Public Management, Public Financial Management, Business Administration, Cultural Management or a comparable subject
• Funded knowledge in financial and human resources, ideally related to public budget and collective bargaining (e.g. TV-L, LHO, LPVG)
• Experience in public administration or in a cultural institution is beneficial
• First leadership experience or clear motivation to assume leadership responsibility
• Reflective understanding of leadership – characterized by clarity, communication and trust
• Structured, analytical thinking and interest in the further development of administrative structures and processes
• Organisational skills, high reliability and communication strength – also in interdisciplinary contexts
• Very good MS Office knowledge; Experiences with administrative software (e.g. SAP) of advantage
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2-level) is necessary to move safely in our international working environment
